Process for producing clinker-free hydraulic geopolymeric materials by making use of waste sludge of water glass production

A method for producing alkali-activated, non-sintered hydraulic geopolymer materials using waste technological sludge from water glass production is described. The materials can be prepared by mixing waste technological sludge with water and an aluminosilicate raw material, optionally adding aggregates, and then allowing the mixture to solidify. Sulfur-free hydraulic geopolymer materials are particularly useful for the production of cementless concrete components.
