The arsenic nanoadsorbent according to the present invention contains amorphous ternary hydrated aluminium, titanium, manganese oxides in molar ratio 0.5:3:1 to 3:3:1. Oxide concentration in the nanoadsorbent is up to 60 percent by weight, the particle size is in the range of 10 to 100 nm, the specific surface is in the range of 50 to 100 me2/g. The nanoadsorbent can be used for the removal of arsenic from water. A process for preparing the above-described nanoadsorbent is characterized in that aluminium, titanium, manganese salt solutions are mixed together in molar ratio Al:Ti:Mn = 0.5:3:0.6 to 3:3:0.6. Subsequently they are mixed with a permanganate salt and pH value is adjusted by the addition of NaOH to 10 to 11. Then, the mixture is let to ripen for a period of 10 to 14 hours. Subsequently, the solid phase is separated and dried at a temperature in the range of 200 to 250 degC for a period of 11 to 14 hours. The nanoadsorbent can be mixed with the solution of Nai2SiOi3 with concentration in the range of 25 to 35 percent by weight as a granulation agent and to granulate.
