The present invention relates to a method of modeling bulk material storage processes and a device for making thereof. Further, the present invention solves correction of mathematical model of bulk material behavior relative to the actual state of the bulk material with selectable properties and a design of a device for monitoring the behavior of the bulk material with selectable properties under various conditions. The present invention particularly relates to the execution of control and simulation experiments, such as a simulation of a storage process, filling up and various methods of discharging. The validation storage device of the present invention is of a removable, modular type and comprises a supporting frame (1) with a storage bin (2) terminated by a discharging hopper (3) and an outlet gate (4), attached thereto, wherein the storage bin (2) and the discharging hopper (3) represent a monitored space. The device is provided with at least one moisture sensor (15) and/or at least one temperature sensor (16) and/or at least one pressure sensor (17) and/or at least one weight sensor (18). The monitored space is provided with at least one tomographic sensor (5), wherein the tomographic sensors (5) are connected to a tomographic device (6), wherein a control unit (12) and the tomographic device (6) connect bidirectionally said validation storage device with an evaluation device (7). The device can be further provided with at least one inlet (11) and with at least one outlet (19) for energies and substances and it can be provided with at least one inlet storage bin (13) and with at least one outlet storage bin (14). Inside the monitored space, there can be situated one or more passive elements (10), intended for making new conditions of the stored material flow.
