The stirring cylinder and the feeding/discharging opening are connected rotationally by reliable rotary sealing so as to make the stirring cylinder keep rotating when feeding, to actualize an arrangement at a small inclination angle or a horizontal arrangement, to reduce the centre of gravity of the carrier vehicle, to improve driving safety of mixing-and-transport truck, also the problem of concrete demixing is eliminated and the quality of concrete and architecture quality is improved.
