Transportable device for registration of inner and outer gravitational anomalies of the earth and energy flows, where inside the vacuum chamber is mounted a Foucault pendulum consisting of pendulum cable 3 and a pendulum bomb 4 and a sail system 15 for registering energy flows, whose basic components are two pennant-shaped sail areas 13 and 14, made of thin sheet material. Rotational movement of the pendulum and the sail system are recorded by measuring devices 12 and 20, and on base of measurement data it is possible to estimate the inner and outer gravitational anomalies of the earth and to measure other energy flows.
