The device uses the gravitation energy of the Earth as regenerative energy. An air flow is produced by a height difference and fed into a conical flow channel (1) and a number of deflection channels (2) so that by deflecting the vertical flow into an output flow opposite to the rotation direction a force is generated that produces the rotation.
