The wind turbine is designed based on a vertically rotating turbine with a surrounding funnel construction and attached guiding elements for efficient air flow. A generator is placed below or above a construction with a center of gravity design. Air guiding lamellae are provided with external radius. The air guiding lamellae are turned down in a spring-loaded manner at maximum load so as to close a body. A housing (1) is symmetrical on both sides and increases speed of flowing air.
