CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF ARTIFICIAL BUILDING MATERIALS DERIVED FROM TREATED URBAN SOLID WASTE RESIDUES

摘要

Novelty: a method for the construction of artificial building materials from compacted or uncompacted and/or fully stabilized residues/products produced by the urban waste treatment method is disclosed. Construction stages: waste supply via a redler-type chain conveyor equipped with an integral system of primary fragmentation, entry of the waste material to a specific sorter (first sorting), entry to the hot-air drying unit with optional exposition to UV radiation, entry to the horizontal feeder, entry to a dry screening arrangement (second sorting of inert materials), mechanical degradation (homogenization), taking of particles in fibrous form, thermal shaping assisting the controlled melting of the waste material, moulding and final shaping-cooling of the final material by the respective unit provided. Properties: the resulted building materials have the form of Puzzle-type tiles, of artificial multi-purpose wooden slabs and of specific artificial wood constructions such as pallets and benches of any type and dimensions; said resulted materials have multiple applications and present excellent mechanical properties.
