This invention relates to the field of providing a stable nutraceutical health supplement composition for human, especially d erived from the early green grasses of selective cereals. The cereal grass based nutraceuticals naturally contains minerals, vitamins, variety of phytochemicals and biologically active enzymes but at the same time provided with unwanted indigestible crude fibers, cellulo se and hemicellulose materials which make them unsuitable for human consumption as a health supplement. Therefore, this invention identifies the problems associated with plant derived preparations and providing solutions such as a) improved stability to t he biologically active enzymes endogenously present in the cereal grasses and their sprouts b) Increased digestibility of the cellulose, hemicellulose and crude fibers abundantly present in the cereal grasses and their preparations c) clearing the human digestiv e system free from the accumulation of indigestible plant derived components especially cellulose and hemicellulose leading to a diseased condition called Phytobezoar and other gastrointestinal disorders.
