The present invention relates to a system and method for developing a customer centric common platform between customers and business enterprises more particularly between a customer and clinics, spas/ salons, lawyers, counselors, and various service oriented consultants to develop an ecosystem in order to get better user experience, and tracking & recording the business transaction s such as an appointment is requested and is initiated and processed from the customer application on an internet enabled handheld with customer, which further transmitted via internet in the another application on another handheld device which is with business enterprises, said request is confirmed by the business personnel and auto notification is sent back to the customer who requested this appointment, subsequently for every important step during processing said order, these parties are kept informed via notifica tions and simultaneously every order is stored into the database for further analytics, for ready reference.
