Thermoplastic composite and method for producing the thermoplastic composite

The thermoplastic composite is a mixture of mixed and ground fibres with traces of rubber in quantities of up to five% of those which constitute a waste fraction of textiles with rubber particles from the extraction of car tyres. The method of thermoplastic composition consists of the gradual mixing of vinyl polychloride with synthetic polyamide and/or polyester fibres, agglomerates constituting a mixture of mixed mixed and interleaved polyamide and/or polyester fibres, agglomerates constituting a waste fraction of textiles with rubber particles from the recycling of car tyres,which is subjected to fragmentation and homogenisation until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and seasoned, in mixtures ensuring the maintenance of the isotropic structure of the agglomerates in their original state, favourably in the ball mill.
