PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptor constituted so as to form a flow mark to as near the end part as possible of a molded article, an extrusion molding apparatus using the same, a method of manufacturing for a thermoplastic resin sheet using the extrusion molding apparatus and a method of manufacturing for a thermoplastic resin foamed sheet. SOLUTION: The adaptor 4 in an extrusion molding apparatus of a thermoplastic resin is constituted so that the interval from the inner surface of the adaptor to the central part of the screw head of adjacent screws is set to 0.1-10% of the interval R from the inner surface of the adaptor to the inner surface opposed thereto and the position of the flow mark 7 of a molded article generated by the stagnation of the thermoplastic resin in the space in front of the screw head is formed at the position corresponding to the end part of a die. The extrusion molding apparatus is equipped with the adaptor 4, a twin-screw extruder 2 and a die 3. A method of manufacturing for a thermoplastic resin sheet using the extrusion molding apparatus and a method of manufacturing for a thermoplastic resin foamed sheet are provided.
