PURPOSE: A method for producing thermoplastic polymer composites containing clay nano particles and mat-typed stiffeners is provided to secure favorable formability by impregnating the mat-typed stiffener with the monomer by melting monomer with low viscosity.;CONSTITUTION: A method for producing thermoplastic polymer composites(30) containing clay nano particles and mat-typed stiffeners(10) is as follows. A thermal polymerization catalyst and clay nano particles are distributed in the monomer of thermoplastic polymer and powder(20) distributed on a matrix(40) composed of monomer is prepared. The powder is scattered on the stiffeners on a mat. The powder is melted and impregnated in the stiffeners on a mat and the monomer of thermoplastic polymer is thermally polymerized into thermoplastic polymer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
