The chemical separation system containing the first distillation column (100) and the first distillation column (100) shall accept the mixture,containing water and at least two organic acids, and an extract containing at least one of the following: hexanol, hexanol ester with at least one organic acid and 2-methyl-pentanol. The first distillation column (100) produces a heterogeneous azeotrop from water and extract at its peak (104),based on the reaction process of hetero-isotropic extraction distillation with uncontrolled chemical reactions between the extractor and at least two organic acids, and this first distillation column (100) removes azeotrop through its top (104) to separate water from organic acid.
