According to the invention, the process comprises the addition of α-epichlorohydrin to triglyceride sulphate, in the presence of diluted sulphuric acid 36...38%, at the temperature of 96...98°C, for 180...190 min, at reflux, followed by a reaction of acetylation with acetic anhydride, in the presence of pyridine, at a temperature of 95...96°C, for 90 min, at reflux, to result in 1-oleyl-[10-(-1-chloro-2-acetyl-4-sulphate-propane)]-2-palmityl-3-stearyl-glycerin which is then admixed with coconut oil and the resulting mixture is conditioned as capsules or suppositories, using techniques known in the field.
