The invention relates to a portable apparatus with magnetic and optical pulses for local modification of geomagnetic field and therapeutic effects upon living bodies. According to the invention, the apparatus aiming at simultaneously generating magnetic and optical pulses of very low frequency, modulated with the same frequencies acting at the same level on the geomagnetic field and on the biological fields, comprises a fixed frequency oscillator piloted by an integrated circuit (IC1) which generates a signal that is sent to an induction coil (L1) by means of a resistor (R3) and a transistor (Q1), the frequency being set by means of an R-C unit consisting of some resistors (R1, R2, R4) and a capacitor (C1), the low frequency optical pulses being emitted by a unit consisting of a LED (LED) and a resistor (R5).
