The electronic circuit provided outputs of generator for generating truly random numbers (TRNG) and Physically Unclonable Function (PUF) on base of oscillatory metastability arised in the circuit with the architecture of the ring oscillators with an transient phenomenon Tero (1) in duplicate, based on the extraction circuit (21) with serial output (SUTERO) and also based on the extraction circuit (31) with parallel output (PUTERO). Both variants are involved in group more circuits SUTERO or PUTERO , which is obtained response PUF or TRNG with a sufficient number of output bits.
