The method for implanting mesh allograft into the tissues of muscular-aponeurotic layer of the anterior abdominal wall of the laboratory rat comprises the dissection and separation of the abdominal skin. The mesh allograft is placed between the muscles and the posterior layer of aponeurosis of muscular-aponeurotic layer of the anterior abdominal wall.
