METHOD FOR ASSESSMENT OF TOXIC LIVER DAMAGE IN RATS IN OXIDATIVE STRESS

The method for assessment of toxic liver damage in the rats in oxidative stress is based on the analysis of the system of antioxidant protection assessed by the enzyme activity in animal blood. Additionally, superoxide dismutase activity is measured. The complex pattern of the activity of antioxidant system enzymes allows for estimating the extent of the toxic liver damage.
