Integrated device for diagnosing the parameters of surfaces of airfield constructions includes wheelbase, a source of coherent radiation which is mounted on it, lens which focuses the incident beam, collecting lens and photodetector which are sequentially arranged in the triangulation plane, a recording unit block of the angular position of the wheelbase relative to the horizon, the angular position sensor which is mounted on the wheel, and flash memory. Rotational position detection unit is connected to the recording unit in parallel, allowing simultaneous detection of roughness and tilt angles of diagnosed surface and synchronizing of measurement takes place with the help of information on the traveled distance which is received from the encoder.
