The present invention is related to solid pharmaceutical preparations containing diatomaccous earth (diatomite) or a natural mineral mixture containing diatomaceous earth as filler besides the active ingredient and optional other auxiliary agents. A further object of the invention is a method for manufacturing such pharmaceutical preparations.
