This utility model relates to sandwich spread, but more particularly to a composition of seaweed based sandwich spread which uses 750 ml seaweed (Kappaphycus alvarezii) extract as the main component and added with 375 ml, mayonnaise, 500 ml condensed milk, 375 ml pickled cucumber, 125 ml boiled eggs and 125 ml red bell pepper.
