A cleaning method of cleaning nozzles of a dispensing nozzle (50) which is sucked and discharges liquid, the method comprising: a first cleaning step of cleaning a outer wall of the dispensing nozzle (50) after sucking liquid and before discharging the liquid; and a second cleaning step of cleaning at least an inner wall of the dispensing nozzle (50) after discharging the liquid, discharging cleaning fluid from the dispensing nozzle (50), wherein the first cleaning step includes inserting the dispensing nozzle (50) in a cleaning device (6) comprising a source (61) of cleaning fluid jet cleaning jet the dispensing nozzle (50) and a holding unit (62) to which retains the cleaning fluid, arranged below said dispenser (61) of cleaning fluid jet, wherein the first cleaning step includes moving the dispensing nozzle (50) downwardly in a longitudinal direction thereof, while maintaining the dispensing nozzle (50) inserted into a flow path of the cleaning fluid supplied from the supplier (61) of cleaning fluid jet; wherein the first cleaning step comprises inserting the dispensing nozzle (50) further in the unit (62) retaining such that the dispensing nozzle is immersed in the cleaning fluid held unit (62) retention; and continue the supply of cleaning fluid by the supplier (61) of cleaning fluid jet so that cleaner outer surface of the dispensing nozzle (50) moving upwards along a longitudinal direction of the dispensing nozzle (50) in a state in which the dispensing nozzle (50) is in the flow path of the cleaning fluid supplied from the nozzle (61a).
