A probe (1), comprising: - a piezoelectric therapy transducer (2) having an acoustic axis BB ', and - an imaging transducer (3) having an imaging plane, said transducer being of therapy (2) and imaging transducer (3) mounted on a head (4) which itself is connected to a guide means (5), in which: - the therapy transducer (2) is in a form of an oblong truncated cup and has a spherical concave front face (6) to emit focused ultrasonic waves on a focal point, a rear surface (7), said therapy transducer (2) being truncated along two parallel planes, by what is provided a length d1 and a width t d1; - the therapy transducer (2) is a 1D annular phase matrix transducer; and - the imaging transducer (3) is a multiplanar transducer configured to rotate around the acoustic axis of the therapy transducer (2), whereby the focal point of the therapy transducer (2) is comprised in the obtaining plane of images of the imaging transducer (3), said imaging transducer being fixed to the therapy transducer (2).
