The invention relates to a method for the preparation, from an endometrial biopsy, of an autologous endometrial culture system for endometrial embryo co-culture. Said method comprises steps leading to the production of a first so-called epithelial endometrial fraction, a second so-called stromal endometrial fraction and a third so-called mixed endometrial fraction comprising a mixture of glands and stromal cells and further comprises a purification step of said third fraction.
