Disclosed is an anti-glare lens against vehicle lamplight. The lens comprises: a high-perspectivity area (1b) and a low-perspectivity area (1a), electrodes being arranged at two ends of the low-perspectivity area (1a); an illuminance sensor, comprising at least one opposite vehicle lamplight detector (5), the opposite vehicle lamplight detector (5) receiving illuminance of opposite vehicle lamplight in an illuminating direction, and the output of the opposite vehicle lamplight detector (5) being used as a signal voltage; and a control circuit, comprising an illuminance comparator and an alternating-current signal generator, wherein the alternating-current signal generator converts a direct-current voltage output by the illuminance comparator into an alternating-current voltage, and an output end of the alternating-current signal generator is connected with the electrodes at the two ends of the low-perspectivity area (1a). Also disclosed are an anti-glare device, spectacles, and a method against vehicle lamplight. The lens, the device and the spectacles can not only prevent glare, but also increase the visual comfort of a driver.
