Multiple annulus universal monitoring and pressure relief assembly for subsea well completion systems and method of using same

A well completion system for monitoring multiple annuluses in a well having production tubing, a production casing surrounding the production tubing and defining an "A" annulus, and an intermediate casing surrounding the production casing and defining a "B" annulus. The system includes a tubing hanger suspension assembly including the production tubing and a tubing hanger having a lower assembly. The tubing hanger lower assembly is inserted within the production casing. The lower assembly also includes a seal to provide sealed engagement between the tubing hanger lower assembly and the production casing, thereby providing a separated area above the seal that is segregated from the production annulus. The well completion system also includes a "B" annulus access assembly including port(s) in the production casing at a location above the seal that provide access between the "B" annulus and the separated area.
