Described is a battery of cages for broiler farming comprising a frame with tiers of cages formed of transverse partitions, mesh cage floors movably mounted in floor guides, and manure-removing conveyor belts, wherein the mesh cage floors are designed to be capable of moving in the middle of the frame along the guides in the direction of movement of the manure-removing conveyor belt or in a direction contrary to the movement of the manure-removing conveyor belt until the mesh cage floor completely exits the confines of the cage.
