The heartbeat machine for first-aid comprises a shell (3), an ECG monitoring circuit (16), a display screen for electrocardiogram (12), an electronic pulse circuit (15) and a plurality of lead wires (6, 7, 8), wherein the ECG monitoring circuit (16) and the electronic pulse circuit (15) are arranged in the shell (3), the display screen for electrocardiogram (12) is arranged on the shell (3), the ECG monitoring circuit (16) is connected to the display screen for electrocardiogram (12), the ECG monitoring circuit (16) is at least connected to two lead wires (6, 7, 8) for monitoring human heartbeats; the electronic pulse circuit (15) is connected to the display screen for electrocardiogram and to the ECG monitoring circuit (16), the electronic pulse circuit (15) is at least connected to two of the lead wires (6, 7, 8) for transmitting pulse current to a human body. The present heartbeat machine for first-aid realizes a combination of the fuctions of a cardiac pacemaker and a defibrillator and the like for first-aid for emergency rescue of patients by organic integration of the ECG monitoring circuit (16) and the electronic pulse circuit (15), wherein the effect is rapid and reliable, the practicality is strong, the operation is simple and easy to learn, and the instrument is small and convenient to carry.
