The present invention relates to diagnosis of precocious puberty and, in particular, to a method for analyzing and a standard for judging the aspect of changes in concentration by measuring the concentration of cortisol, dihydroandrosterone (DHEA) and estradiol (estraiol-17b, E2), which are specific hormones in saliva, in order to provide information necessary to diagnose precocious puberty, such as varied information on a girl's in vivo reproductive endocrine environment, information on menarche onset time, etc.
