The present invention relates to a composition for radiation combined treatment for treating, alleviating or preventing cancer, containing Moringa oleifera leaf extract and, specifically, to gaining an improved cancer therapeutic, alleviative, or preventive effect while minimizing side effects of radiation through a combined treatment of Moringa oleifera leaf extract and a small amount of radiation. It was confirmed that a more improved anticancer effect can be obtained with even a small amount of radiation exposure when the Moringa oleifera leaf extract of the present invention was administered before and after radiation exposure than when radiation was administered alone. Therefore, it is expected that a natural extract could be commercialized toward the utilization thereof as a radiation adjuvant to enable combined treatment.
