The mixed gas is a mixture of helium and oxygen, and the volume ratio of helium to oxygen at normal temperature is 99.5: 0.5 to 85: 15; or the mixed gas is a mixture of inert heat conducting gas and oxygen, the inert heat conducting gas is a mixture of helium and other heat conducting gases which do not react with oxygen at room temperature, and the volume ratio of the inert heat conducting gas to oxygen at normal temperature is 99.5: 0.5 to 85: 15.
