A metal heat-dissipation bracket (100) of an LED lamp, an LED light source plate (200) and an integrated heat-dissipation LED lamp. The metal heat-dissipation bracket (100) is provided with at least two parallel heat-dissipation belts (110) which extend longitudinally; horizontal connection segments (120) are provided between the two parallel heat-dissipation belts (110, 110); a hollow frame (130) is enclosed by the two adjacent horizontal connection segments (120, 120) and two parallel1 heat-dissipation belts (110, 110); a conducting plate (140) is provided in the hollow frame (130); the conducting plate (140) is connected to the parallel heat-dissipation belts (110) at the edges of the hollow frame (130) through process connection edges (150); and gaps (160, 170) exist between the conducting plate (140) and the edges of the hollow frame. The LED light source plate (200) uses the heat-dissipation bracket (100). The integrated heat-dissipation LED lamp comprises a glass bulb shell (1), a lamp cap (2), a drive circuit (3) and an LED light source plate (200). The LED lamp is integrated with the heat conduction of the metal heat-dissipation bracket, the heat conduction of heat conduction gas and the heat dissipation of the glass bulb shell, thereby achieving the quick and effective integrated heat dissipation. The LED lamp is especially suitable for being made into a high-power LED bulb with an unlimited bulb type, such as a bulb lamp, a mercury lamp, a candle lamp, a tube lamp, a BR lamp, an MR lamp, etc.
