The method comprises the steps of: after filming has begun, an image is collected via a camera at each preset time interval; image compositing is performed between a current image and a previous image, and a composite image is generated; the composite image is captured, and encoding processing is performed on the captured composite image; when filming ceases, image data on which encoding processing has been performed is generated into a video file.
