Provided are a program and the like capable of analyzing the effects of promotion sites on transitions of psychological states of users on the basis of comment text transmitted from the users. This program recognizes psychological state transitions brought about by site addresses by causing a computer to function as: a psychological state determination means for outputting psychological states indicated by psychological keywords in comment text per poster; a score storage means for storing scores on the respective psychological states per site address; and a score update means for instructing the score storage means to increase the score of a psychological state indicated by reference comment text containing a site address when a change in psychological state is found between the reference comment text and one or more previous occurrences of comment text generated in the past and/or to increase the score of the psychological state indicated by one or more later occurrences of comment text generated after the reference comment text when a change in psychological state is found between the reference comment text and the one or more later occurrences of comment text.
