To provide a method for creating analysis models for specific substances, a computer program for creating analysis models for specific substances, a simulation method for specific substances, and a computer program for simulation of specific substances, whereby an analysis model for specific substances containing at least two types of substances can be efficiently created and the effect on the material characteristics of specific substances can be accurately analyzed. This method for creating analysis models for specific substances includes: a first step in which a model creation area is set in which an analysis model for specific substances is created; a second step in which a model for a first substance is created inside the model creation area; a third step in which an arrangement area for a second substance is created inside the model creation area; a fourth step in which the model for the first substance, inside the arrangement area for the second substance, is removed from the arrangement area for the second substance and a space for arranging a second substance is created; and a fifth step in which the second substance is arranged in the space and an analysis model for specific substances is created.
