Tapered surfaces for expansion are provided on the expansion pieces. A driving tapered surface is provided on the driving core piece. The expansion pieces comprise positioning holding portions and holding convex portions. The positioning holding portions on the expansion sleeve only form an independent ring disconnected at an expansion piece linking position, and the holding convex portions on the expansion sleeve only form an independent ring disconnected at the expansion piece linking position. When the expansion sleeve is in a fully expanded state, the connected pieces are held in the axial direction by the positioning holding portions on one side and by the holding convex portions on the other side, and the expansion sleeve connects and fixes the more than two connected pieces together.
