An expansion fastening connection structure and connection method, and an expansion fastening connection assembly. The expansion fastening connection assembly comprises a driving core piece and an expansion sleeve (11, 82, 96, 144, 198, 255, 280, 309, 327, 350, 390, 439, 492, 526, 553, 593) consisting of expansion pieces (10, 84, 107, 164, 300, 351, 436) encircling the driving core piece. Tapered surfaces (38, 40, 68, 103, 157, 161, 206, 262, 264, 331, 333, 441, 443, 488, 490, 567, 573) for expansion are provided on the expansion pieces. A driving tapered surface is provided on the driving core piece. First wedge-shaped holding grooves (8, 81, 110, 252, 284, 304, 340, 457, 498, 557) are provided on the parent component, and annular second wedge-shaped holding grooves (45, 86, 113, 308, 343, 459, 500, 560) are provided on the attachment component. First wedge-shaped holding portions (15, 80, 108, 251, 281, 301, 339, 456, 497, 556) and second wedge-shaped holding portions (46, 87, 112, 305, 341, 458, 499, 558) are provided on the expansion pieces. When the expansion sleeve is in a fully expanded state, the first wedge-shaped holding portions extend into the first wedge-shaped holding grooves of the parent component and form an engagement, the second wedge-shaped holding portions extend into the second wedge-shaped holding grooves of the attachment component and form an engagement, and the expansion sleeve connects and fixes the attachment component together with the parent component. Via the present structure, a connection will not fail even in adverse situations such as those having an especially large load or heavy vibrations, and the connection is highly reliable.
