An expansion fastening connection structure and connection method, and an expansion fastening connection assembly. The expansion fastening connection structure comprises an expansion fastening connection assembly (1), a parent component (2) and an attachment component (3). The expansion fastening connection assembly (1) comprises a driving core piece and an expansion sleeve (7, 75, 96, 144) consisting of expansion pieces (6, 60, 120, 140, 164). A driving tapered surface is provided on the driving core piece. The outer peripheries of the bodies of the expansion pieces (6, 60, 120, 140, 164) are outwardly die cut to form sharp protrusions (24), end portions are also provided with positioning holding portions (25), and tapered surfaces (29, 30, 69, 157) for expansion are provided on inner side surfaces. When the expansion sleeve (7, 75, 96, 144) is in a fully expanded state, the sharp protrusions (24) are embedded into the parent component (2). The parent component (2) is held in the axial direction by the joint effect of the expanding and tightening static frictional force between the expansion sleeve (7, 75, 96, 144) and a circular hole of the parent component (2) and the holding force of the sharp protrusions (24) being embedded into the parent component (2), the attachment component (3) is held in the axial direction by the positioning holding portions (25), and the expansion sleeve (7, 75, 96, 144) connects and fixes the attachment component (3) together with the parent component (2). The structure, the connection method and the connection assembly enable a connection to be more reliable in a situation having a large load or vibrations.
