A machining stacking structure of a light guide plate; the light guide plate comprises a light guide plate body (1) and a light entering side (2); a thickness T1 of the light entering side (2) is greater than a thickness T2 of the light guide plate body (1); and the method comprising: when machining the light guide plate, overlaying two light guide plates by arranging the heads and the tails thereof at different sides, and then stacking a plurality of each two overlaid light guide plates. The machining stacking structure of the light guide plate can adapt to a change in thickness of the light entering side (2) and a modification thereof to a wedge shape, thus ensuring that the stacked light guide plates are aligned and level, realizing batch cutting and polishing of the light guide plates, having a simple structure, and being convenient to operate and widely applicable.
