Provided is a method for manufacturing a composite that can efficiently irradiate electron beams on an electron beam crosslinking resin formed in an object to be irradiated. The method for manufacturing a composite comprises a step for irradiating a composite R that has a metal portion and an electron beam crosslinking resin with an electron beam EB and curing the electron beam crosslinking resin. The method is characterized in that in the foregoing step, the irradiation with the electron beam EB is performed such that the temperature of the electron beam crosslinking resin becomes equal to or greater than a glass transition temperature of a resin material included in the electron beam crosslinking resin and becomes less than the boiling point of a low-boiling-point material included in the electron beam crosslinking resin.
