Disclosed are a touch display drive method, touch display drive device and touch display screen for reducing a touch control noise, the touch display drive method comprising: in a display scanning time interval, conducting display scanning on a display scanning area comprising a plurality of display scanning lines; in a touch scanning time interval, when the touch scanning area corresponding to a current touch drive line overlaps with the display scanning area, jumping over the touch scanning area overlapping with the display scanning area, and conducting touch scanning on the touch scanning area corresponding to any touch drive line after the current touch drive line; and in the next touch scanning time interval, returning to conduct the touch scanning on the touch scanning area overlapping with the display scanning area. The present invention effectively avoids the touch scanning area from overlapping with the display scanning area at one moment, thus completely avoiding the generation of the touch control noise.
