The present invention relates to a walking supporter for the elderly and the sick, and provides an adult walker usable for a simple wheelchair, comprising: a pair of lower frames on which wheels for driving are mounted; and a pair of fixing rods vertically fixed to the lower frames, wherein the pair of lower frames and the pair of fixing rods are configured to be folded through a folding unit that is an x-shaped folding means. The adult walker, according to the present invention, is foldable so that the volume thereof can be reduced, which leads to easy movement and storage. In addition, the adult walker can be more comfortably and conveniently operated through an ergonomically designed handle and can be freely and easily used as a simple wheelchair everywhere when necessary, thereby obtaining an effect of maximizing user convenience.
