METHOD FOR COATING MODIFIED POLYPHENYLENE SULPHIDE/POLYTETRACHLOROETHYLENE ON BASALT FIBRE FILTER MATERIAL IN LAYERS

A method for coating a modified polyphenylene sulphide/polytetrachloroethylene on a basalt fibre filter material in layers, comprising: a step of preparing basalt fibres as a filter material base fabric; a step of mixing a linear polyphenylene sulphide and a hyperbranched polyphenylene sulphide to prepare a modified polyphenylene sulphide emulsion; a step of mixing the modified polyphenylene sulphide emulsion, a polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, and a fluorine-containing silane coupling agent to prepare a bottom-layer coating; a step of mixing a polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, a fluorine-containing silane coupling agent and an F₄₆ emulsion to prepare a surface-layer coating; a step of impregnating the filter material base fabric in the bottom-layer coating, curing at a high temperature, and cooling with the furnace to prepare a bottom layer; and a step of spraying the surface-layer coating on the surface of the bottom layer using a spray gun and plasticizing at a high temperature to obtain a finished product. With the preparation method of the present invention, the prepared composite filter material has a good thermal stability and corrosion resistance, and a stronger mechanical strength, the dispersity and compactness of the finished fibres are improved, and the preparation method has a simple manufacturing process and lower costs and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
