The objective of the present invention is to provide an emergency evacuation guidance system and guidance method using augmented reality, capable of receiving emergency evacuation information by using an image photographing function of a mobile device so as to identify NFC tags attached to each position in a ship, thereby finding the exact position of a user in the ship, which comprises the same featureless passageways and is formed in multiple floors. The emergency evacuation guidance system using augmented reality, according to the present invention, comprises: a user mobile device (100) for transmitting, to a safety server (200), state information on the position, direction and angle of the mobile device together with the tag when the tag is identified by analyzing an image photographed by a camera or the tag is identified while communicating with the tag through NFC communication, and for combining the photographed real image with the emergency evacuation information received from the safety server (200) so as to display the combined information; and the safety server (200) for confirming the ship emergency evacuation information corresponding to the tag received from the mobile device, and processing the emergency evacuation information so as to correspond to mobile device state information, thereby providing the processed information to the mobile device.
