AUTOMATIC HYDRO-EXTRACTING MACHINE ADAPTED TO SPIN-DRYING OF WATER STAINS ON SURFACES OF SMALL-CAPACITY BOTTLES

An automatic hydro-extracting machine adapted to spin-drying of water stains on surfaces of small-capacity bottles. The automatic hydro-extracting machine comprises a frame (1). A main shaft (6) is installed on the frame (1) by means of a bearing. The main shaft (6) is provided with a rotary body (3). Multiple tray racks (5) are arranged in the rotary body (3). The bottoms of the tray racks (5) are connected and installed on the main shaft (6). The main shaft (6) is connected to a gear motor (21). A cover plate (12) is correspondingly arranged above each tray rack (5). A machine cover (2) is covered on the rotary body (3) and provided with a tray-loading inlet/outlet. A tray-loading gate (10) is arranged on the tray-loading inlet/outlet. The bottom of the machine cover (2) is provided with a water drainage pipe (7). The automatic hydro-extracting machine is further provided with an elevating mechanism for the tray racks. The automatic hydro-extracting machine has a simple and reasonable structural design and high efficiency, and the hydro-extracting efficiency can reach 240 trays/hour; the floor area is saved and special-purpose drying room and a large number of drying shelves are not required; time and investment cost are saved; and after trays fully loaded with small-capacity bottles are subjected to light inspection, recycling of the trays is achieved and multiple sets of trays are not required for turnover.
