A method and a device for cell granularity reporting in a wireless communication system are disclosed. In particular, the present invention relates to a method for an idle terminal to report cell granularity in a wireless communication system, the method including the steps of: receiving a cell granularity reporting configuration from a network; detecting whether a cell camping in an idle state has been changed; and transmitting cell change information to the network if it is detected that the camping cell has been changed, wherein the cell granularity reporting configuration includes an indication on whether a multimedia broadcast and multicast service (MBMS) have been received, and in the case where the indication on whether the MBMS have been received is activated, the cell granularity reporting may not be performed if the terminal does not receive MBMS data.
