An energy-saving multi-dimensional high pressure gas generating and sealing device, mainly comprising a frame, a gas compressor disposed at the upper portion of the frame and a gas storage device (13) disposed at the lower portion of the frame; the gas compressor comprises an inner housing and an outer housing (1); the inner housing comprises an upper press plate (2) and a double-layered cylinder plate. The double-layered cylinder plate comprises a first cylinder plate layer (3) and a second cylinder plate layer (11), the first cylinder plate layer (3) and the second cylinder plate layer (11) being a certain distance apart. The upper portion of the outer housing (1) is provided with an air inlet (7), and a part of the bottom portion of the outer housing (1) protrudes downward to form a double-layered cylinder plate slot corresponding to the double-layered cylinder plate of the inner housing. A non-protruding portion of the bottom portion of the outer housing (1) is provided with an air outlet (4), the bottom end of the air outlet (4) communicating with the gas storage device (13). The inner housing is disposed within the outer housing (1), and a side surface of the upper press plate (2) conforms to an inner wall of the outer housing (1). The device has a high energy utilization rate, a simple structure and a low manufacturing cost, saves energy and protects the environment.
