A track vehicle collision testing device comprises: a track (2) for supporting and guiding a tested vehicle (1); a trolley (3) provided on the track (2) for driving the tested vehicle (1); a drive motor (4) provided on a first end of the track (2) for driving the trolley (3); a first rotating hub (5) provided on the first end of the track (2) and connected with the drive motor (4); a brake motor (6) provided on a second end of the track (2) for skidding the trolley (3); a second rotating hub (7) provided on the second end of the track (2) and connected with the brake motor (6); a connecting rope (8) wound on the first rotating hub (5) and the second rotating hub (7) and the trolley (3) is connected with the connecting rope (8) at the part between the first rotating hub (5) and the second rotating hub (7); a tester for real time detecting velocity and position of the tested vehicle (1); a controller, which is in communicated connection with the tester, for controlling the start-up operation or the stop operation of the drive motor (4) and the brake motor (6).
