The present invention relates to: an anti-norovirus composition exhibiting an excellent antiviral effect against noroviruses; a sanitizer containing the same; and a sanitizing method using the same. The anti-norovirus composition according to the present invention is very useful as a sanitizer for preventing or treating human norovirus diseases such as food poisoning since the composition exhibits an excellent antiviral effect against human noroviruses, which have been difficult to inactivate thus far, by containing one or more active ingredients selected among cinnamon, Chinese pepper, and a mixture thereof, and has lower toxicity or harmful effects compared to conventionally used sanitizers by using natural plant materials.
